Earth Day Festival

Happy Spring!

The frozen ground has thawed, making way for the spring bluets that carpet the ground. Birds are chirping, squirrels and rabbits are scurrying, and One World Adventure Company is right in the middle of it all, getting ready for another great season.

On April 23, 2011 we are holding an Earth Day Festival in Mentone. Proceeds from the event will go towards Outdoor Education programs in our community. This will be fun for the entire family, so come out to Brow Park and be a part of this Earth Friendly Event. This years Earth Day theme is Buying Local, Conservation and Recreation. We can all learn more about our environment and what we can do in effort to lessen our impact in our community, and thus our world.

The festival will feature:

Non-Profit Exhibits
Blackberry Little Theater
Environmental "Truth" Documentaries
Music Guests such as Pierce Pettis, Russell Gulley, The New Binkley Brothers, Billy Garner and more!

Eco Friendly & Low Impact Products
Much, Much More!! 

Bring a lawn chair, and spend the day. The fun starts at 9am!
